Leadership has been a thread through nearly every chapter of my career — as a business owner, CFO, consultant, mentor and coach.
I joined as Office Manager and part owner, and later became Chief Financial Officer and part owner. I led financial management, budgeting and investment-related matters, strategic planning, corporate governance, board management and office administration.
Over time it became clear to me that the hardest problems I watched leaders face were rarely technical. They were problems of self-knowledge: what we protect, what we avoid, what we've outgrown but still carry.
As an Executive Coach and Consultant, I've coached more than 500 individual clients and co-led more than 50 multi-week consulting workshops across the United States and the Caribbean — leadership and management development, group coaching, and multicultural international work delivered in both English and Spanish.
